Promoting compliance We work to improve the organizational system and expertise for compliance, better identify and guard against compliance risks, and conduct legal reviews and other supervision mechanisms strictly, making every effort to resolve existing risks and guard against potential risks.
Strengthening training on compliance The headquarters and subsidiaries organized training on Strictly Combatting Illegal Activities Related to Securities in Accordance with the Law according to the latest regulatory requirements and policy changes in 2021, to spread compliance knowledge and typical cases of violations, and identify the compliance risks and internal control deficiencies, thus enhancing overall compliance awareness.
Holding responsible personnel accountable We have adjusted the accountability organization and revised policies for pursuing liabilities of violations in business operations and investments; improved the collaborative problem clue collection and feedback mechanism of all functional departments and Zhanjiang Port and Shantou Port; kept records of violations and report to the superior relevant work reports and information about the construction of relevant work systems as required.
